Abstract (บทคัดย่อ):
This study aimed to compare time period to get job and the started income of the new graduates who attended cooperative education program and who do not, including to study desirable characteristics of new graduates and how to development desirable characteristics to meet requirement in labor market. The study employed both quantitative and qualitative methods. For quantitative study, the researchers collected data from 1,095 graduates of faculty that do cooperative education program
and graduated in the academic year between 2554-2555, the returns was 1,061. Otherwise, qualitative study used semi-structure interview. The key informants were 3 managers and representatives from organizations that attended cooperative education program. The findings revealed that cooperative education program
attendance affecting time period to get job and the started income of the new graduates. For the result of a qualitative study, enterprises need new hires that are ready to work and fulfill with professional knowledge, systems thinking, and high
responsibility. Moreover, the new hires should have efficient English skill, or can use third languages, and use computer program. Moreover, enterprises suggested teachers must train student to apply the theory by designed new classroom activities, such as simulation and project based learning.
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระยะเวลาการได้งานทำและรายได้ของบัณฑิตที่เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา และบัณฑิตที่ไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา รวมถึงศึกษาคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ขององค์กรผู้ใช้บัณฑิต และแนวทางการพัฒนาบัณฑิตเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษา
เชิงปริมาณ ผู้วิจัยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบัณฑิตของหลักสูตรที่มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบสหกิจศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาและสำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2554-2555 จำนวน 1,095 คน และจากการรวบรวมข้อมูลมีแบบสอบถามส่งคืน จำนวน 1,061 ฉบับ ส่วนการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร หรือผู้แทนจากองค์กรผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่รับนิสิตสหกิจศึกษาเข้า
ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 3 แห่ง ซึ่งส่มุ ตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการเข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษามีผลต่อระยะเวลาการได้งานทำ และรายได้เริ่มต้นของบัณฑิต สำหรับผลการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ พบว่าสถานประกอบการต้องการบัณฑิตที่มีความพร้อมในการทำงานหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา มีความรู้ตามสายวิชาชีพ มีความสามารถในการคิดเชิงระบบ การคิดต่อยอด และมีความรับผิดชอบในงาน ตลอดจนมีความรู้ด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาอื่นๆ และการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนาบัณฑิต สถานประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นว่าการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพมีความสำคัญและการจัดการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนต้องเน้นฝึกให้นักศึกษาสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีผ่านกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น สถานการณ์
